Colleen is a Clinical Intern Therapist at Lighthouse Counseling Center, where she works under the guidance of Cassandra Schraft (LPC). With a passion for compassionate, personalized care, Colleen is committed to empowering her clients and helping them thrive in every aspect of their lives.
Colleen’s approach to therapy emphasizes the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit as a foundation for healing. She offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel truly understood and empowered to process their unique experiences. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, Colleen collaborates with clients to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, intellectual disabilities, and trauma. Her goal is to guide individuals toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
Colleen has experience working with clients of all ages, from children to adults, and from diverse backgrounds. She is skilled at helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage complex emotions, and discover meaningful paths forward. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and believes in the power of therapy to inspire transformation and self-empowerment.
Outside of her work, Colleen enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and their four pets, practicing self-care, exploring new places, and expressing her creativity through beadwork projects.
