About

Karisa is a Master's Degree graduate from Concordia University Wisconsin in Professional Counseling. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training and works out of the Green Bay office. Karisa is directly supervised by Cassandra Schraft.

Karisa strives to help clients of all ages and backgrounds improve their mental health. She works to help clients bring out their best selves in the process of healing. Karisa especially enjoys working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and work/relational challenges Karisa uses an integrative approach to therapy to help clients reach their goals.

Outside of the therapy room, Karisa enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading, and playing sports.
